Meet the family

Great country music from Key West.

If its good enough for Clive Owen...

"I shot the Sheriff!"

Little Texas

Tucked away in a quiet corner of Trafalgar Square y'all could easily miss it - but its there. The "Texas Embassy". Established as a true embassy, its a little known fact (to us Brits!) that Texas was a Republic from 1826 -1836.
Although things moved on, it still exists as a very authentic Tex-Mex restaurant.
So where better to meet up with the 'Yellow Rose of Texas' himself...'Maddog' - currently studying at Londons Royal College of Art. As an Amarillo (which means YELLOW in Spanish) native, it seemed the obvious choice.

Apparently the Margarhitas are stronger here...!!

March '07 - Zippo's "Wild West" Circus.

A Wild West themed Circus in my local park had me queuing for tickets with a couple of borrowed children - how could i resist the chance to see how they portrayed shoot-outs and round-ups in a Big Top?
Well, they didn't really.....

...unless you count the clown-girls and clown-boys, the Bulgarian with the bullwhip and lasso, the Romanian Tomahawk thrower, the Shetland pony Waggon train.....

.....and not forgetting the Ring masters' special highlight...

..... Line Dancing Budgerigars!!! (no picture available im afraid)
